I bought a used car which has a pioneer avic F20BT

Customer Question

I bought a used car which has a pioneer avic F20BT navigation system and i can't get it working. The navigation is ok but connection to bluetooth and iPod doesn't work.
I tried resetting factory default and that made it worse - in that the firmware version disappeared. I have since downloaded and installed again using SD card - as theres no USB - and still no joy on the bluetooth - connection failed - and all you can do is press update firmware button - only no firmware for bluetooth to be found anywhere despite trawling the web all weekend.
Ipod 6 is now at least recognised but no sound comes through.
Please can you suggest what I should do next ?
