Hello and sorry you're having problems. Offhand it sounds like you may have encountered a hardware fault in the receiver- which is not uncommon after the protection circuitry has been activated several times. As an initial test, if you unplug the receiver from power, and then plug it back in, is there a click sound internally, or any red light- anything at all from the unit?
