The timer on my Garmin 910XT stops counting up when i stop

Customer Question

The timer on my Garmin 910XT stops counting up when i stop running or biking for a few minutes and won't restart even if I push the stop/start button.
The only way to get it going again is to reset and then start, but that loses my data.

Hi good morning, can you tell if its over the 1 year period?

The problem is that there is an electronic component failure in this Garmin. It has to do with the memory functions.

It may still be covered under the manufacturers warranty;-)

The best place to call about this would be Garmin Repair: Phone:(###) ###-####or(###) ###-####/p>

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate my service thus far.

Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.

Once you rate, I will be notified and will add your question to my priority list so you can reach me anytime until this problem is solved.

Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.

Thank you and have a great day!

Tech Michael
