To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) Can you CONFIRM the Model of your system for me?
2) When you say "Place code in but can not leave a call back message", does that mean that you are trying to RECORD YOUR OWN Greeting - on the built-in answering system? If so, what EXACT code are you putting in?
3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
4) When you say "it does not announce caller", does that also relate to the built-in answering system, or something else?
