Customer Question

Customer: hi
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: I'm using a yamaha rx 2600 I was just watching tv, and clicked on the usual button on my universal remote to switch over and play by xbox when I got the HDMI error HDMI error in solid, and HDCP error blinking. So I have audio, but my tv isn't picking up the signal Any ideas?
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to Consumer Electronics Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. We can help you for less if you're not in a rush. Are you willing to wait a bit?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

What model tv are you using here?
If you go direct to the tv from xbox (via hdmi) does that work?

If you go back to cable mode on the yamaha, does that still work normally?
