Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) Is there ANY indication that the device is charging - when connected to the charge clip?
2) What power source are you using to charge?
3) Have you tried a DIFFERENT power source yet?
Very good. You MAY want to also clean the contacts of the watch AND the charging clip - as sometimes those get "dirty" and need to be cleaned - for better contact.
