I bought a HP pavillion core 5 windows 10 last week at the Best Buy in Middletown NY. Everthing was working great so my wife through out the box. I got a update notice tonight and downloaded it and now i need a code number to activate windows 10 which was working.

Can you please click on Start, then click on Power, then click on the option Shutdown, then turn the computer back on, then let me know everything it shows on the screen.
