Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your phones.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?2) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, alarm system, etc.) attached to this same phone line (not part of the MAIN system)?
3) Do ALL of the calls coming in a have valid Caller IDs showing?
4) Do you have a cell phone (or other outside line) you have used to place a TEST CALL to your Panasonic number, and if so, was that TEST CALL also blocked?
OK - as another TEST, please DISCONNECT the phone cord from the Main Base Unit of your Panasonic system (and leave it disconnected), and place a NEW TEST CALL to your AT&T number.
The idea is to see if you at least get a few rings (in the calling phone) - to see if the Panasonic is blocking the calls, or something else.
And what we are doing is TESTING and TROUBLESHOOTING - to FIND and hopefully fix the issue.
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
Were you able to complete the TEST I mentioned - about disconnecting the Panasonic Main Base Unit and VERIFY that it was blocking the calls?
