Customer Question

I have a Scooba, which I use to map tile floors. Lately it works for only half a minute, then fails to deliver any water/solution to the floor (even tho the tank has been just filled) and then it stops and gives the "check tank" warning light.

Hi there Frank,

If there is water in the tank then it is likely that the supply pipes are blocked, possibly with scale.

You can try running vinegar through the machine to help descale it.

If that does not help then you will need to return it to an iRobot service center for repair.
