our Dukane 3200 all call has stopped working?

Hey there,

If the system has completely stopped working then check the power supply first.

Use a voltmeter to test the power going into the system, and take some further test readings inside the unit to help locate where the fault lies.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Well, I have 40 years of experience in this field. All I asked was why the all call stopped working. I was hoping someone might have had some experience with this type of unit. Like k1...or..c15. Thanks anyway.
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

These units are quite old, and the most likely cause of the fault is a faulty component, possibly in the power supply circuitry depending on your exact symptoms.

If you can let me know some voltage test results I can advise further.

Hi Pete, I am an electrical engineer. I will find the problem. I was hoping someone there might have come across this problem. I will tell you the short answer once I find it.
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

As I am sure you know there are many electronic components inside the Dukane, and no single mode of failure - if any one of the components fails it will stop the system from working.

Do let me know the outcome...

Best,

Pete.

I was thinking that someone in your group may have had experience with this type of equipment. Pete's approach was standard trouble shooting procedures. I can do that. Sorry. Not what I was expecting.
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Unfortunately there is no magic solution for this - troubleshooting procedures are required to locate the fault.

Let me know how you get on.
