Here is something for you to try when you see this ;
If the problem wasn`t there before replacing the backup battery then pull the battery out again and unplug the bose power then hold the power button (or any function to drain the remaining voltage) for 20 secs then wait a couple of minutes , re-install the battery and plug in the power cord .
