Did anything happen last week, e.g. a sudden power loss?
Was anyone else working on the system?
Did you use the default 3000 code previously, or was a different code in use?
Are the buttons working correctly to enter the 4 digits?
Where are you located?
Is there a Vingcard rep or dealer near you?
If the system is not accepting any code, even the default 3000 code, and resetting the system did not work, then it has a fault and will require servicing.
3000 is the only default code for this system.
What function is it not accepting the code for?
Since the reset did not work, there is nothing else you can do.
You will need to contact the vendor of that system for further support. Hopefully your company has a service contract with them.
