Customer Question

I am having trouble using SKYPE. It has worked before but now the audio is one sided...the other end hears me but I don't hear them. I have tried to add ECHO123 to my contacts but when I press enter, all I get is endless rotation of the wheel

Hi there,

If you can't hear your contacts on Skype calls, and you've already gone through all the steps in the Connection Troubleshooter, it's possible there's a problem with your headphones/speakers or your settings.

Also ensure you have the latest Skype update installed, as it will reset your audio settings.

Let me know if you need remote assistance with this problem.

Pete.
