Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try this first: Press and hold the Power On/Off button on the tablet for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check.

If that does not work, then go to menu/settings, then go to the Wi-Fi/wireless option and make sure it is connected to your Wi-Fi/wireless network name and check.

; if needed, check the sync option in menu/settings if it's there.

If all fails, please do the followings:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Device Options, and then tap Reset to Factory Defaults.
  3. Tap Reset to confirm.
  4. Once it is done resetting, follow the steps to re-set up your kindle. Then you will get all your books / apps back. Download any app you need.
