Snaplab reports ribbon broken and or paper jam. Neither was found. Any help available?

Hi there,

This can happen if the sensors are dirty.

An accumulation of paper dust is usually the culprit.

Try removing as many parts of the machine as you can, then use compressed air and/or a vacuum cleaner to clean it out.

Rebuild the machine and try operating it again.
