Customer Question

I have a Hitachi SD 320 GB. I plugged it into my computer a few days ago and noticed there were 3 major files gone. I did not delete anything since they are critical work files and I noticed that when I plug the SD into my computer that it does not read "SD Mini" anymore but reads "Drive". I need help to recover or find where those files are. Any help is appreciated. (I also purchased Asotech recovery program but it did not work)
