The credit cards with which I purchase on my Kindle have

Customer Question

The credit cards with which I purchase on my Kindle have expired. When I go to buy a book, I see "expires", then "update". When I hit "update", the procedure mentioned earlier occurs again--then again ....I have not been using my Kindle because of this. The card and number have not changed--only the expiration date. How can I update my credit card? My Kindle don't let me. Thanks.

Hi there and welcome

To update this you must update the details via your computer on your Amazon account.

To do this, please do the below steps.

Visit the page for your account - https://www.amazon.com/manageyourkindle

- Log into using your Amazon account (the same Amazon account you have registered on your Kindle)

On the right side select "Settings"

Under 'Kindle Payment Settings' (first option)

Click 'Edit Payment Method'

Change your credit card details.

Restart your Kindle and it will update

It will then be updated
