Hello. My name is***** can help you with your question.
This refers specifically to the cashier not being assigned to the register.
Cashier codes are available in two variants: Variant 1, in which they are displayed (“0000” to “9999”), and
Variant 2, in which they are not displayed (always “ ”).When the cashier code is assigned by the following procedure, the register prints the four-digit cashier code (variant 2: “ ”) and the cashier name both on the receipt and journal for every transaction.
Even if you are not accustomed to logging with cashier number, you are always logged in as a cashier. It's is possible that you haven't logged out before.
To login enter the cashier number and then press the cashier number button. The cashier code will depend on what cashier code was programmed when the register was initially set up. If you do not normally use more than one cashier code then I would try the code 0000
Although you may not have been aware of it previously, when you're looking at the display the cashier code is normally displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the display. So if you are able to recall what you usually see there, this will tell you which cashier code you are normally using. For example if you normally see 0001 in the upper right-hand corner of the display then this is the cashier code that you normally use.
