Thanks for that. You can try resetting the system but let me know if you are entering the code by card or by typing a # ***** your system?
you can try a full system reset just by shutting down the system and waiting 5 full minutes before restoring power to it. If the problem isn't a changed PW or hardware failure which are both very possible here then you will need a technician to look at this because they have a specialized equipment to know what happened, if the PW was changed by mistake, or a component failed and caused the system to "forget" the code.
