I AM NOW GETTING ERROR MESSAGE 801 ON MY LIFECYCLE 38 SYSTEM. COMMUNICATION WITH BOSE REMOTE DOESN'T WORK. I HAVE TURNED POWER ON AND OFF...NO CHANGE. I HAVE RE PUNCHED THE POWER SURGE SYSTEM....THAT THAT AWAKENS THE SYSTEM JUST LEAVING THE SAME BOSE FAILURE MESSAGE 801, CALL BOSE. THIS BOSE IS INTEGRATED INTO OUR TV/CABLE SYSTEM/WITH FIVE SPEAKERS TWO ON THE SIDE STAND UP, AND TWO IN THE CEILING, AND ONE ON THE TV CONCOLE TABLE.

Hi I am sorry to hear that. Did you have a power outage or a surge just prior to this event?

and is the only issue now that the Lifecycle wont communicate?
