Thank you. In order to access all your previous books, you need register / sign in with your previous Amazon account with the @holdingredlich.com.au email address on the new kindle.

First, make sure you are able to sign in your Amazon account with email address @holdingredlich.com.au at the website http://www.amazon.com/manageyourkindle (on a computer or tablet or smartphone). If you cannot sign in, then please reset your Amazon account password ***** email address @holdingredlich.com.au at the website https://www.amazon.com/password

Once that is done, in your new kindle, go to menu/settings/device/account, etc., and deregister it, then register / sign in your Amazon account with the email address @holdingredlich.com.au

, then all your previous books will download to your new kindle.
