My sentry safe battery is dead and I lost the key. I'm not based in the US so cant order a replacement key from there. I live in Dubai and the UK seems to be the office handling this region, but I don't seem to be able to reach anyone there.

That's a US toll free number so I can't reach it from Dubai.

It is from their UK site, so they must only route it to the US
