Customer Question

We have a 10 year old GE Concord 4, our power reset and it keeps beeping every minute or so. Problem is we never have used the system and have no idea what the code is to shut this off...

There are several issues here...
1. It sounds like your battery has failed which is why the alarm played up during a power cut
2. The alarm will have now lost the time and date and will need it reprogrammed, for this you will need a working code.
3. To get a working code we would have to default the whole panel and reprogram from scratch
4. If you are not using the alarm it might be better to completely power down the alarm so it doesn't cause you any further bother.
