Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is***** will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. Intermittent power is almost always a problem owing to a loose connection. Loose connections can be of various types, though, to list some briefly: 1. broken but not quite snapped-through power cord/cable.2. plug not quite firmly inserted3. severely bent cord4. dirt on contacts, or corrosion on metal contacts. Even if plugged in tight, this can make intermittent power happen.5. bad power switch, or dirty internal power switch contacts amounting to the same thing. 1. - examine all cords.2. - plug all in once again, firmly.3. - see (1) - but it doesn't apply if yours is cordless, I doubt.4. - unplug cords/plugs, examine metal contacts/prongs/etc. Anything less than shiny should be first scrubbed firmly with an old toothbrush (that is clean, and dry - wetting it could make the problem worse again in the long run.) Then wipe metal with a clean dry rag to make sure it's shiny and clean.5. - press down firmly on the power switch when it is in the On position - if that keeps the power going, dirty contacts or defective switch is to be suspected. Let me know how it goes, and what you think. Thanks.
