Customer Question

Good Morning:
I have a TC8-331, I guess I don't access it enough. The battery leaked in the case, I cleaned it and wire brushed the case as best I could and have the terminals clean, it still does not work. I am able to open with the key. Can I replace the battery case or are there other options.
Thanks

Hi Terry,
If the battery acid has leaked into the circuitry then it may have damaged some of the components.
This means the electronic part of the lock will need to be replaced.
