Any help is appreciated

Thanks for that,
Do you have the user manual for this chair?
Also did you know the chair has an auto shut off?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have the user manual. I'd didn't know it has an auto shut off, however it doesn't shut off it stops and the lights on the remote start blinking.

Thank you, ***** ***** be set to turn off.
Does it always stop like this at a set amount of time?
Or does the time on seem to vary at all?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It varies some but not by much. It doesn't shut off, it stops responding to the remote and the lights on the remote all black rapidly.

Hi thank you for that. this could be a thermal cut out if a motor gets too hot, as would happen if there is internal short in the motor windings. That will cause this chair to stop working but the electronics will remain active with the warning you are seeing.
Let me ask, how do you get it going again, and is there any delay after that before you can restart the unit?
