Good morning sorry to hear about that.
The first thing you need to do is use a good quality cleaning disk, even though that's not the likely issue. Also please unplug the unit in question, then press and hold the power button in for 15 second then release it. Next wait 5 full minutes, then plug the unit back into the power outlet and power it on. Please let me know if this help, if it does Great ! Then please rate my service as good or better. If not though, please hold off on rating and reply to me a I have to let you know further information about the likely problem.
The power button on the platter is a normal button that looks like a plug circuit button that does not need to be hold down as you explain. You either switch it on or off no need to hold it down...Should I leave it in the off mode and continue as you suggested?
Hi Yes sorry for that,
Just leave it on but turn it off before you re plug it back in:-)

Hi Michael the problem still persist...
Hi Good morning.
Well, it sounds as if your unit did experience a fatal power glitch.
The unit could be repaired but really the cost would be prohibitive.
I wish I had better news for you on this I really do.
If you tried a cleaning disk and that didn't help either, that you would do well to just obtain another unit.
But if you would like info on parts I will be here at no additional cost to you.
Have a great day.
