I will tell you how to re-initialise the unit however doing that will lose all data on the machine and additionally it will need to be re-programmed, it will be returned to factory default....

Let me know if you have anything to add or are unsure about this

i dont realy mind if it gets erased an employee was just working i was at an errand and he called to tell me it froze

Hi

OK what you need to do is this>>>>

1 Unplug the unit from wallpower
2 Set the mode switch to the PGM position
3 Hold down the JOURNAL FEED and [CL] key
4Still holding down the keys plug the unit into wallpower

That should reset the unit back to default everything will be erased including all programming and memory data
