Hello WelcomeThanks for using JustAnswerI will tell you how to re-initialise the unit however doing that will lose all data on the machine and additionally it will need to be re-programmed, it will be returned to factory default....Let me know if you have anything to add or are unsure about thisAnthony
i dont realy mind if it gets erased an employee was just working i was at an errand and he called to tell me it froze
