I WANT TO LOCATE A USED PROJECT ONE STEREO RECEIVER MARK 1500 DC? I WANT TO LOCATE ONE FOR SALE. CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS? VIC -$38.00 TO PAYPAL, MY PHONE IS xxx-xxx-xxxx
Finding a Project One 1500 is like looking for a needle in a Haystack.
However, if you like the build of a Project One, they also built the Concept series of amps, and this amp is rated at the same wattage. It would fill your needs and then some.

Concepts were a higher build quality over the Project One series.
I haven't seen a Project one since the late '70's.
Think about it...it's the alternative to the one you can't find.
I WANT TO LOCATE A USED PROJECT ONE STEREO RECEIVER MARK 1500 DC, NOTHING ELSE. CAN YOU LOCATE THE ABOVE?
RESPECTFULLY
I fully understand what you are trying to do, and the why is not important.
If I was paying that much because I had already spent that much time on the web, I would want to get what I paid for.
The best sources for this type of equipment is craigslist or ebay.
This one site here
http://www.searchtempest.com/result s.php?search_string=project+one+1500+receiver&category=8&Region=na&cityselect=zip&location=60110&maxDist=50000®ion_us=1&srchType=&showeb=1&keytype=adv&minAsk=&maxAsk=&subcat=sss
Will search BOTH ebay and ALL craigslist sites nationwide rather than having to do it individually..
Having said that, there are none TODAY.
You may have to repeat the search (30 seconds) 2 times per week until you strike gold.
I suggest the simple terms "project one 1500 receiver"
Without the quotes and with a 3000 mile radius of where you are (put zip code in)
I have noticed wierd results sometimes when using ANY or ALL..
the 3000 mile radius gives better results ...
Go figure.
This will NOT be an instantaneous search and locate.
It could take as long as 6 months or a year.
butatleast you have the tools.
I AM PUZZLED AS YOU ALL CAME SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND FROM SEVERAL SOURCES. I HAVE BEEN AN EBAY MEMBER OF EBAY SINCE 1997. IN REGESTERING WITH YOU I POSTED I WAS A PC TECHNICIAN AND DO YOU NOT THINK THAT I FAILED TO CHECK CRRAIGS LIST AND EBAY.
IF ALL YOU DO IS CHARGE NEW MEMBERS $38.00 FOR LINKS TO WEB SITES THEN WHY ON EARTH DO YOU NOT POST IT IN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS? I FEEL LIKE A DAMN FOOL AS I SHOULD HAVE KNNOW BETTER BEING A PC TECH SINCE 1990.
I WILL JUST GET MY MONEY BACK AND CALL IT ANOTHER LESSON LEARNED! KINDLY,
MR. RALPH XXXXXXX

Most people I have run into have no idea that National craigslist searches exist. They just go to their local craigs list site and search. Then they find that the item is not there and they give up.What I provided was a way to search for 100% of the craigs list sites all at once rather than each of the 400 local sites one at a time. This technique has helped MANY a customer find what they thought was impossible to find. Did you contact the chap as martin suggested. I think that is a good alternativeThere were fewer than 10,000 of these made, and there will be a few of these crop up now and then at estate sales or donated to good will now and then. There is no nationwide database for orphaned receiversYou have already spent 30 hours of searching the internet for one. You can not expect the experts here to spend anywhere close to that for a mere $38....We are not an internet search service. But we can provide good advice and techniques and tools for helping yo to be more efficient in finding what you are looking for.
