Unplug the Kindle from all outside sources.

 

Hold the power slide to the right for 20 seconds and release.

 

The Kindle should flash and restart.

Don't have a power slide. I have a basic kindle that powers on the bottom. Anyway how do I get to that web site? Kindle device, computer?
