Can't open gate on DVD player.

Depressed open/close button on remote and player

Expert:  aricaudio replied 338 days and 4 hours ago.

Unplug the unit from AC power, then press and hold the power button on the front of the player for 30 seconds. Wait another 10 minutes, then while pressing and holding the "Eject" button on the player itself (not the remote), plug the unit back into AC power. Continue DVD drawer opens.
