Hi and welcome to Just Answer. My name is XXXXX XXXXX have been repairing Electronics Professionally for over 13+ years and currently own a Shop in FL.

Have you removing power for 60 seconds then resetting all of your settings after emptying the tanks? If not, go ahead and do so. The other thing could be that the Water Level Sensor is stuck in the full position. It's rare but it does happen. You'll have to do a little disassembling to get to it, but it's worth doing to save money by not having a Tech look at it. Let me know if I can be of anymore assistance.

Thanks,

XXXXX XXXXXndsey
