I have an RCA Dual Wake Clock Radio - Model #RP3765B - and it needs repair. I took it to Radio Shack where they put in new batteries (neon read-out of time is defective) and now NOTHING will work on this beautiful machine. A label says that "customer Realtions" can be contacted -- Thomson Inc. Box 1976 - Indianapolis,Ind 46206-l976. Is this a waste of time of can this clock-radio be repaired? I hate to throw it away. Ok. What leads you to believe that the whole thing is defective including the neon display?
When the Radio Shack clerk has finished installing the new batteries, he plugged in the radio and then tried to get sound by pushing the ON for the radio etc. Nothing happened. He tried to open the sliding opening where CD is installed. Nothing happened. He took out batteries, returned them again, plugged into power -- nothing worked on the machine -- no sound and the neon display was the same as it looked when I brought it into the store. It had power, nothing else. I could not even change the color of the display.... Frustration!
So you can see life but it is completely unresponsive. That's a Rom issue on it's Main Board. I just looked everywhere and it's not an orderable part. You can see if RCA is able to fix it by calling them at(NNN) NNN-NNNN This is the only number to call them and it's for TV servicing. Just press one then enter some random numbers as the model number and you'll get a live person. Let them know what you have and they'll let you know if it can be repaired by them now or not. Hope this helps.

Any electronic repair like best buy can do it but its best to use the manufacture.
