I have purchased the Hitachi 10.8v DB 10DL Cordless Driver Drill TWICE. Each time I open the box I cannot get any of the Battery charges to work...ie.. I plug the charger in and place the battery in it and the red charge light never comes on. I've tried 4 different batteries on 3 different charges, but nothing. Of course, this is very frustrating. I made sure that the batteries weren't already charged and that being the reason for the charger not working. But all of the batteries were NOTchargedso that was not the problem. I;m anxious to use your product b/c I have read so many good things about it. But I can't get the battery charged. Please help. Thank you.
