Customer Question

Just purchased D1688 telephone. Slightly hard of hearing. I can't hear phone ring when call comes in. Can I purchase separate or add on increased volume ringer? If not, must return telephone to Staples. I eagerly await your response.

Plug the ringer into the wall.
Plug the phone into the ringer, where it is labeled phone.
