The Samsung blu ray player we purchased in 2010 will not play blu ray DVDs. What's up with that? The patches or whatever you call them don't work. If you people can't fix it, I want a new one that works. Can you send a signal to the current blu ray to fix it? What do you need to do that? xxxxxx
Over the course of 2 years this blu ray has not worked properly. We buy expensive blu ray discs and the player rejects them saying they are empty or cannot be read. We want this fixed properly or we want a replacement unit that works properly.

Hi I am Dr.Fix-It and you have reached JustAnswer.com your 24hr online paid assistance site...
There was a recent firmware update released in January that can install on your system and may also first to run an optic cleaning disc to ensure nothing is blocking the disc reader from a good signal. (click on blue underlined text to go to the linked page)
If issue persist may call Support 1-800-726-7864 to speak to a Samsung customer service agent.
An answer was given which I believe to be incorrect. The bike is scheduled to be serviced in a Honda Motorcycle shop in about 2- 3 weeks where it will be determined exactly what the 1/4 inch hose is for.
Hi Bud you appear to have entered a response to a different inquiry? The information provided was regarding an available firmware update for your Samsung blu ray player and not your bike. Here is the link to that QA - http://www.justanswer.com/motorcycle/6f7m5-1996-honda-helix-cn250-3600-miles-it-my.html
Were you able to download and install the software update or did you have to have the player serviced?
I do believe you are so right. It's my thought my wife made an inuiry cocnerning a Blu-Ray player. I belive that is solved as we dumped the old Blu-Ray (hardly a year old) and bought a new one. Bud
No problem Bud... Please click the Accept so I get credit for my time and may close out this player issue. Thanks
