Hello. It's a fairly ordinary DC power supply. You can get any that will output exactly 5V DC and at least 3A (it can be more than 3 but no less).

It's 2.1 mm plug like the SA3A-050-3000
That is the inner part, i can't be sure about the length, the SA3A-050-3000 spec mention 10mm, so you could ask that to the seller.
