I have a Pantech UML290VW. When i open the VZAccess Manager

Resolved Question:

I have a Pantech UML290VW. When i open the VZAccess Manager and try to connect I receive the following error WMC2002. I attempted to resolve the issue by uninstalling VZA Manager and down loading the program again. Tried this twice. Same result same error.
Any ideas?

Ridgerunnerras :

also please try this

Ridgerunnerras :

Do a SIM card reset as it will FORCE it to redo all the settings fresh from the VZW network.

Shut-off computer. Take USB modem out. Remove SIM card physically. Wait 10 seconds. Put it back in. Put modem back into computer. Boot computer.
