I have a RCA DVD player/recorder model no. DRC8052NB. I had a power interupption and now regardless of what I do I can't open the disc tray of anything else. The display show the word hello message off and on. I can turn the unit off but that doesn't help when I try to open the tray the hello message comes back on. I tried all the suggestions in the manual including upluging the unit and turning it back on. Ther is no disc in the tray.
