Hi, and thanks for using JustAnswer.

Add this page to your Favorites/Bookmarks first, so as to get back to me anytime later on, if needed.

Putting eBooks into archive from your nook should remove them from your nook. Make sure to check for new content once after archiving eBooks. You should get a refreshed list of eBooks in your library on your nook.

I still cannot get it to connect and finish downloading my new books. It says the memory is 99% full still, but I only have aprox 30 books on it.

Try this next:

  1. Remove the SDCard.

  2. With it powered on, press Settings on the touch pad, then Device, then "Unregister your Nook", Confirm.

  3. Then below it, press "reset to factory settings", Confirm.

  4. It should reboot and act basically as new.

Let me know if this does not work.

I TOOK IT APART AND I DO NOT HAVE AN SD CARD

Can you explain what you did when you took your Nook apart. Is it back together now?

Customer replied 627 days and 23 hours ago.

YES IT IS BACK TOGETHER NOW. MY SECRETARY HAD AN EXTRA SD CARD AND SLIPPED IT IN AND NOW WORKS LIKE A CHARM. SHE ALSO UPDATED THE SOFTWARE TO 1.70 VERSION TO GET IT TO WORK.
THANKS
