I am assuming that you only have one handset for this system and that handset is not ringing.

First, let me send you a link to the PDF version of the manual for that system, just in case you need it for reference. Just click the link below and the manual should appear on your screen. From there, you should be able to save the manual to your computer or even print out all or part of it if needed.
Manual

Once you have the manual, go to the top of page 27 and look at the instructions for changing the Ringer Volume. You might also want to look at the bottom of page 26 to see how to change the ringer tone. One other thing, if the battery for the handset is more than a year or two old, it may be time to replace it.

Another 'trick' is that you can reset the entire system by doing the following steps:
1) Unplug the AC adapter from the main base unit AND the wall.
2) Remove the battery from the handset (or handsets).
3) WAIT about 10 minutes.

Now reverse the process...
4) Put the battery back in the handset (or handsets).
5) Plug the AC adapter back into the main base unit and then the wall.
6) Wait about 30-60 seconds for the system to initialize.
7) TEST the system for proper operation.

Please give those steps a try and let me know what you find.

Thanks.

Yes, you've given me some options. Thanks! I looked in the manual but I'm not getting the coding right now. Thank for all the info. I'll try it all!
