Hello & Welcome,

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier.

Do you still need help?

Can you tell me if you have more than one handset? If so, do all of the handsets do this?

Also, can you tell me the Model Number of the main base unit and how long you have owned this system? The model number of the main base unit should be something like KX-TGxxxx - where xxxx is a 4-digit number.

Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX

I have a panasonic wireless handset that still lights up but the screen is blank with no information. Is there a way to restore the information on the screen. Model kx-tga600b. Thanks.

No only one of the four satellites does this. I'm at work and can't get the model no of the base unit.

Hi again,

You said in your first message that you "changed" the batteries.

Does that mean that you replaced them with new, or did you swap them with a different handset in the group?

Thanks

Customer replied 906 days and 12 hours ago.

I swapped them with a different handset.

OK - That's what I was thinking.

Unfortunately, it sounds like the display in this single handset has failed, or it may have become disconnected internally. If you are really good with small tools and electronics, you may want to take the handset apart and see if you can find a loose wire inside that can be reconnected. But otherwise, finding a replacement would be the next choice. I did a quick check at a few shopping sites, and have not found any NEW handsets, but I have found a few USED handsets and systems on eBay >> CLICK HERE <<.

I always recommend caution when using eBay.

If you were looking for a reason to upgrade to a newer system, now might be the time. The most current technology is called DECT 6.0, and they have less interference with wireless networking equipment.

Please let me know what you find or if you have more questions.

Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX
