Hi There,

Could you please provide me with the model number of the unit, typically this will be on the rear near the power inlet point.

Hi There,

Is this with a disc in the drive ?

What happens when a disc is in / out of the drive, do you get a different message ?

Has this unit worked correctly in the past ?

The unit has worked in the past. There is a dvd in it. I don't know what happens if there is on disc in the drive, it won't let me open it, shut it off or anything else.

Hi There,

Try unplugging it from the wall, and then plugging it back in and turning it on whilst holding the eject button on the actual unit.

Let me know if the DVD ejects.
