i have a sentry safe, model #s5741 , serial #ac652300 ,my batteries went dead , in addition ; i discovered that my battery case is cracked , cannot open my safe; all my checks are locked up inside??????????

Try this now, it may work but with a cracked case it may not but do this first:

Craig :

  • Gently hold handle up;

    • put in 5 number code;

      • press 'program/enter' button;

      • immedialtely move handle down to 7 O'clock position. (with in 4 seconds)
