We have a Panasonic TV model No. PC TBM2AX03501. Yesterday

We have a Panasonic TV model No. PC TBM2AX03501. Yesterday morning we were watching it and it worked just fine. We turned it off for an hour and when we turned it back on we have no sound. Any suggestions how to fix it?

Already Tried:
Is connected to AT&T U-verse TV. Turning off and back on. Checking all connections, checking all buttons to be sure none have been pushed incorrectly.

un plug both units fro 40 minutes or more to allow the processers to reset probably was hit by a little serge
