I have a Sentry Safe, model S3877. Someone has locked the safe

Customer Question

I have a Sentry Safe, model S3877. Someone has locked the safe with it open and after replacing the batteries and entering the proper code, I can not get to open so it can be locked properly. I can not find the round key for the front lock. Do you have any suggestions.
Thank you

You have to have the key to operate the lock if it's a key/lock combo you have to use the key too. You can get the key replaced from Sentry if you go here:
