My Panasonic KX-TG8321E cordless phone has started to crackle

Customer Question

My Panasonic KX-TG8321E cordless phone has started to crackle in the ear piece (both handsets), what is likely to be the problem please? For information I have changed the only broadband filter in my telephone system wiring with no change to the level of crackling. Help!

Crackling is generally caused by a bad connection at the exchange.

Have you contacted your telephone line company and asked them to look at it?
