we have a sisco home firesafe. the key and combination are lost. contacted sisco and they have no record of the serial number. this company said they took over sisco in December of 2009. what do we do now if they have no record of the serial number?

Already Tried:
Contacted Sisco. They have no record of the serial number. I feel when they took over in December of 2009 all of the serial numbers of the safes sold were not given to this new company.

There are only 2 places that can help legally gain access to that safe, 1 is the manufacture and the other is a locksmith, if the manufacture will not help you a locksmith will.
