Hello,

I was able to find an area on Fellowes' website were you can put in an order/inquiry for your part.

1) Please go to this web address:

http://www.fellowes.com/Fellowes/site/support/support_faq.aspx

2) In the list of FAQ's, find "Replacement Parts - Paper Shredders" and click on it (it was topic #2 when I found it).

3) Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your part order/inquiry:

a) Click the ask a question tab in middle.
b) Enter an email address.
c) Select Paper Shredder category.
d) Enter "Need part #38741 for PS60CC Shredder" in Subject line.
e) Enter shredder's model number and serial number, as well as the part number and brief part description in the Question field.
f) Click Continue and hopefully they will get back to you quickly!

I am upset , because I thought I was dealing with a teck from Fellowes company, where I would be getting good information on there replacement parts.

Instead a get nothing that helps me with my question. I went through other sources to get a answer to my question.

 

I find your service a joke and misleading. It also took almost 9 hours for you to respond . You state that you answer in 15 minutes or less.

 

I think you should credit back my credit card the $ 28.00 .
