Customer Question

Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,

To turn Alarm 2 ON/OFF, press the Alarm 2 On/Off button a couple of times till it is no longer displayed.

To stop the alarm, press On/Off, then press Alarm 2.

To disable the alarm, reset the system; unplug from the outlet and remove the 9 volts battery. Leave unpowered/disconnected condition for an hour or so.

Good luck and thank you for asking JustAnswer.

There is no button marked alarm 2. There is an alarm mode button, an alarm set button, and a time set button, plus the station select buttons.

Appreciate your postback and corrective information.

My apologies, the initial post was for another version of the same model.

Still, the battery removal should address the reset and disable the alarm (until set).

Should the above be still not corrective, please postback that I can open up the problem to enable other members of the site to further view this thread. Another solution would be posted should it be available.
